Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellations, Exchanges and Refunds

1. Order cancellation is not allowed for orders made with Card payments. Once you receive the goods, you can submit a return request by sending an email to info@metaleastrecords.com once you receive your goods.

2. Cash on Delivery orders can be canceled only if the order is not yet shipped.

3. Any electronic product deemed defective must be inspected by an authorized service center appointed by Metal East Records in order to validate its condition before an exchange/refund is given.

4. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product you ordered, please contact us directly at info@metaleastrecords.com and we will be assisting you to replace the product.

5. If you received the incorrect purchased product, please contact us directly at info@metaleastrecords.com and we will be happy to assist you immediately.

6. You can only submit a return/exchange request 48 hours after receiving the shipment.

7. In case of requesting a refund, you will be able to choose between refunding the order amount to your credit card, added to your store credit or you can collect it directly from our shop. Credit Card refund requests might take up to 14 business days.
