Elia Mssawir is a Lebanese music-industry executive based in Dubai, known for his work in artist management, events, and music labels.

He started organizing events at a young age and later founded a UK-based artist management company before moving back to the UAE to run Big Beards Entertainment.

He has collaborated with global names and regional talent alike, and has been recognized as Entertainment Manager of the Year.

He played a role in the music production for Expo 2020 Dubai, and in 2022 launched one of the fastest growing labels in the MENA region.

Elia currently focuses on bridging east and west through his investments and government work.
