The model is made on a solid full-size chassis with good anti-resonance characteristics, and reliable supports provide the necessary damping. The player is equipped with a dustproof cover.

The Pro-Ject T1 BT features a polished tempered glass platter that is 8mm thick. This disc is resistant to resonances and has enough mass to maintain a stable rotation speed of the plate. The main disk is mounted on a sub-disk, which is connected to the engine pulley using a belt. This solution made the appearance of the Pro-Ject T1 BT neat, and the belt provided good decoupling from the engine. The support bearing is precision made of steel and has very little run-out and vibration. Additionally, the kit includes a damping mat for the disc.

The player is equipped with a lightweight aluminum tonearm 8.6 inches long. The tonearm has an integrated shell, on which an Ortofon OM5 E pickup with an elliptical stylus is pre-installed. The presence of a standard mount allows you to install a cartridge of another model on the player.

Pro-Ject T1 BT is equipped with a built-in phono preamplifier, and, to eliminate unnecessary switching and associated possible interference and distortion, it has two pairs of RCA sockets on the rear panel – for linear and phono outputs. At the same time, the delivery set also includes a high-quality interconnect cable that can be used for both types of connection. And the BT index in the name of this model indicates that it is additionally equipped with a Bluetooth module. It allows you to transmit a signal to various compatible devices – for example, Bluetooth headphones or active speakers, including sound bars. So even music lovers just starting out with vinyl can easily connect the Pro-Ject T1 BT using this wireless connection. And in the future, by connecting the player using a cable to a suitable amplifier or AV receiver, you can further improve the sound quality of your music.
